Setting Up for The Colour of Sound Exhibition

Visons Board InvitationWe live in a fast paced world of consumption, where we rarely have time to stop, reflect and really understand what our intentions are. We’re so engaged with being adults, that we’ve forgotten how to reignite our childlike wonder and creativity.

Local artist Sarah Lambourne demonstrates the creative impact that Vision Board Projects can have on daily life at her exhibition at The Electric, running for the entire month of August.

In conjunction with Sarah’s show, The Colour of Sound Project, Vision Board Projects are offering a unique opportunity to reconnect with your playful mind. By tapping into your creativity, you’re able to see more clearly what it is you want from life.

This is how it works. Each four hour session is lead by artist Sarah, and Life Strategist, Carla Cantalupo. Sarah acts as a creative guide and will share her techniques for mapping out and then creating a beautiful, unique board. Carla facilitates the method in which you’ll gain clarity on what’s truly important to you, and what it is you’d love to implement into your life. Then, using painting, music and art, you’ll create your own masterpiece of intention.

Sessions will run every Wednesday evening and Saturday afternoon in August at the Electric.

Wednesday dates: 8th, 15th, 22nd August
Saturday dates: 11th, 18th, 25th August

Cost: R750 payable via EFT
